Forrest Richardson is a Phoenix-based golf course architect with projects throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe. His previous career was in television advertising and design where he was introduced to the Phoenix Fire Department to help reduce the epidemic of child drownings that overtook Maricopa County in the early 1980s. Richardson joined the Fire-PAL Board and worked to create the JUST A FEW SECONDS campaign, eventually writing and producing more than 20 public service television spots, plus billboards, printed materials and a newspaper ad campaign.
