Marlon Terrill is the retired President, COO of Pauley Const a regional utility infrastructure contracting firm headquartered in Phoenix. Marlon has spent more than 36 years serving the utility industry working his way through the ranks to include executive roles and ownership. After selling his ownership stakes to a fortune 500 company he remained involved, assisted in the transition and now leaves behind a personal legacy and successful business that continues to operate today.

His stable approach to business, passion for serving others, and unique ability to engage folks at various levels has solidified his reputation as a servant leader to all who know and have worked alongside him.

Marlon is currently working on his second career as a Land Developer focused on custom designs as spec builds, while also enjoying quality time with their Grandchildren, Children and of course a little more fly fishing and golf.

Spanning over 25 years and counting the Terrill Family have continued their long-term support of many local missions & programs such as: Esperanza Para Los Niño’s, Joy Christian School, Alhambra teachers, Buckeye Elem & Payless shoe vouchers, Junior Achievement, Christmas Angels, St Mary’s, Chandler food bank, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Phoenix Fire & Police, Big Brothers, Toys for Tots, Terrill Family Can4Can food drives & The Buck4Buck Golf challenges.
